Congratulations to Martina Conte!

The European Society for Mathematical and Theoretical Biology (ESMTB) and its prize commeittee has decided to award Martina Conte the Reinhart Heinrich for best PhD thesis in 2021. Martina Conte is member of MNat and defended her PD. Thesis "Mathematical models for glioma growth and migration inside the brain " in 2021 at the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics / Basque Country University, under the advisor of Juan Soler and Luca Gerardo-Giorda (Johannes Kepler University and RICAM, Linz). Currently, Martina

has a postdoctoral position at the Politecnico di Torino.
