C. Navarro received his Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Granada, Granada (Spain), in 2014, and the Institute of Microelectronics, Electromagnetism and Photonics, Grenoble (France), in 2015.

 

He is currently Associate Professor at the University of Granada. He has authored or co-authored over 90 journal articles and conference abstracts.

 

His current research interests include SOI devices, capacitorless memory cells and reconfigurable FETs.
